Took over a week for items to be delivered

1st order delivery time was dreadful...2nd one was much improved...hopefully 3rd will be even better.

I have been struggling to find the right flea treatment that works for both my cats. There is an ingredient in Frontline seems to do the trick. Delivery was a little slow but only to be expected during these strange times.

Items were as expected and good value. Shop dispatched items quickly but they took longer than I thought they might once the courier had them. Would order again.

Great company easy to deal with. Very well packed but delivery takes at least a week if not longer.

Regrettably the harness was just to tight for my dog, so have had to return it today. No info on website about retuning the item, but sent it back via Royal Mail. Hope to receive a refund in due course.

I'm very impressed with your efficiency and the way you inform your customers of the where abouts of their parcel. The only reason I haven't awarded you ten out of ten is that the medication packet and information leaflet is in German and not everyone in primaraly English speaking countries speak German.
