O'Tom Tick Twister

It is rarely possible to fully remove a tick by hand or with tweezers: usually, the tick's head remains in the skin, resulting in a localised infection.

Instructions for use

1. Choose the O'TOM Tick Twister best suited to the size of the tick to be removed.
2. Place the slit of the O'TOM Tick Twister against the skin, on either side of the tick, carefully positioning the Tick Twister so that the tick is firmly in place.
3. Gently lift the Tick Twister and TURN it as you would turn a screwdriver.
4. The tick will release its hold after you have turned it a few times.

Warning: Although removing the tick using the O'TOM Tick Twister minimises the risk of transmitting tick-borne illnesses, it does not eliminate the risk of contamination entirely. Contamination may already have taken place prior to removal of the tick.
