Our partners GLS and FedEx provide fast and reliable shipping within Ireland. These companies are European leaders in transportation and home delivery. Thousands of our clients are served daily by them.

We currently deliver to Great Britain and Ireland. Please note: British overseas territories are not included in our shipping service.

Shipping to the UK

UK: NO DELIVERIES AT THIS TIME

All orders are subject to a basic delivery fee of £10.80.

Delivery to Ireland

Delivery fee: 12.50 € per order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Our logistics center is based in the Netherlands.

Orders to Ireland are usually dispatched within 2 working days and delivered within 3 to 4 working days after dispatch.

We will send you a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.

⚠ Please note: If you need your order urgently within 48 hours, we are not able to meet that deadline. Please place your order well in advance if timing is critical.

Additional Information

All our products are available as listed. If a product is not in stock, we will inform you via email of the earliest possible delivery date. If this date does not suit you, we will issue a full refund.

  • You can specify any delivery address (home, work, holiday address, etc.).
  • As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number for GLS or FedEx, accessible 24/7.

GLS delivery

Delivery Conditions

We deliver from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Please make sure someone you trust is available to receive and sign for the package.

Your delivery address can be different from your billing address — feel free to have it sent to your workplace or to a neighbour who is available during the day. This ensures faster and more secure delivery.

Orders are typically delivered 2 to 3 days after shipment.

If you are not at home, GLS or FedEx may ask a neighbour to receive the package. If no one is available, your parcel will be deposited at the nearest Mondial Relay Pick-up-and-Go point (Mondial Relay is a GLS partner). You will need to collect it within 7 days.
