Your pack shipment

Our partner Fedex provides fast and reliable shipping within Ireland. Fedex is a European leader in the field of transportation and home-delivery. Thousands of our clients are served daily by Fedex.

We deliver to Great Britain and Ireland. British overseas territories are not included in the shipping service.

UK: NO DELIVERIES AT THIS TIME (all orders are subject to a basic delivery fee of £10.80)

Ireland: all orders are subject to a delivery fee of 12,50 €.  

Shipping are usually done within 4 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once the parcel has been sent. 

Please note that we do not offer express delivery (next day or 48 hours) as our logistics centre is based in the Netherlands and parcels are sent from there.

Generally, all our products are available as listed. If a product is not or no longer in stock, we will inform you via email of the soonest possible delivery date. A refund will be issued if this delivery date does not meet your needs.

  • You can specify any delivery address (home, work, holiday address, etc.).
  • As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number so that you can trace it on the GLS website, accessible 24 hours a day.

Livraison GLS

We deliver from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., so it is important that you provide a delivery address where a trusted person will be able to receive the package. The packages are delivered on signature only.

The delivery address can be different from the billing address, so do not hesitate to have your order delivered to your work address or to a neighbour who is available during the day. This ensures you get your order quickly.

Your order is delivered 2 to 3 days after being sent.

If you are not at home, GLS will ask a neighbour if they can take your package. If there is nobody to receive it, GLS will drop it off at the nearest Pick-up-and-go Mondial Relay location (Mondial Relay  is a GLS partner). The package must then be picked up within 7 days.
