Customer reviews about Direct-Vet

Good range available and competitive prices.

I was having delivery and communication issues with direct-vet before September 2022 but everything is resolved after that and now no issues anymore. Orders are delivered within reasonable amount of time. Thanks!

Ordered a bag of hills ID, took 8 days to come...not too bad. They don't send too many emails so you don't know what the story is which worried me for a few days. It would be nice to get an email to say your parcel has been shipped, and it would be nice to be able to track it. But the food arrived and my dog is happy and so am I ????

Great service - good price:)

Great service , very happy with product. Will order again .

Good service, took a while to receive as I am in Ireland but the product and the communication by email was good.

Good service.

Delivered on time as expected
The product is not easy to find in Ireland but with direct-vet , no worries! My 10 months old kitten and my big 6 months old German Shepard- are safe now. It's my first order and I am 100% happy.

Thank you once again for the excellent service and speedy delivery.

Very very happy with your service, from ordering on line, to checking transit, and receiving package within the week. Well done

We live in the countryside and can't use spot-ons because she is allergic to it. This collar is very good, has almost no smell. Also very effective.

Delivery too slow and costly

Great product, making an immediate impact!

Thank you for your prompt service. My dog and cat are grateful! Woof woof, meow

Just the same as I buy in the vet but half the price even with shipping.

Yet again an excellent, timely and efficient service from Direct Vet

The delivery of Canin Renal cat food was delivered very quickly. Your price is very competitive. Thank you.

Prompt delivery and great service. Have been ordering from Direct-vet for a long time. Highly recommend.

Dog food is always delivered on time and they have such a great selection I even started getting my cat food here. :)

This prescription food dissolved my cat struvites in about 2 weeks. Very happy with the product and my pet enjoys both the chicken and salmon varieties.
