Dosage: 1 dose corresponds to pressing on the pump once (1.2 ml) for every 4.5 kg of body weight, which represents approximately 125 mg of N-acetyl-D-glucosamine and 37.5 mg of L-tryptophan per dose.

Treatment instructions:

• Week 1: 1 dose - 2 times per day.
• Weeks 2 to 4, inclusive: 1 dose - once daily.

Maintenance dose: 1 dose daily every second day.
